We specialize in life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense, IULs, annuities, and debt-free life solutions. Our agents help clients protect their income, their homes, and their future—while also building strategies for long-term tax-free wealth.
Is this a remote position?
Yes! All of our agent opportunities are 100% virtual. That means no commuting, no cold-calling, and the freedom to work from anywhere with a phone and a laptop.

Are leads provided, or do I need to find my own clients?
Yes, we offer a variety of lead programs, including fresh inbound leads from homeowners or folks who started a life insurance application. You're also welcome to do your own marketing and generate your own leads, or reach out to friends/family (which can be a great way to get started).
How do you help agents succeed?
We provide world-class virtual training, proven scripts, access to pre-qualified leads, and a streamlined digital sales platform. You’ll also get day-to-day mentorship from top producers who are actively selling and building.
Is this W2 or commission only?
Ours is a commission-based model with uncapped potential. New part-time agents often earn $1,500–$4,000/month, and with consistent effort and leadership development, full-time agents can grow well beyond six figures annually.
Would I have to do any cold calling?
No. We don't do any cold calling. We encourage new agents to invest in leads. If you don't have a budget for leads, there are other ways to launch your life insurance career, which we will help you with.
Do I need prior experience in life insurance to apply?
Not at all. While prior experience is helpful, we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds. We provide complete training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed—whether you're licensed or just getting started.
Do I need a life insurance license to get started?
You do need to be licensed to sell life insurance, but don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the process. Many of our top agents started with zero experience. We help you get licensed quickly, affordably, and with the right resources so you can start earning as soon as possible.
Can I do this part-time while working another job?
Yes. That's actually preferred. Many of our agents begin part-time and transition to full-time as their income grows. The flexibility of our virtual model means you can build your business around your current schedule and scale at your own pace.
